  2. Medication Errors: Prescribing or administering the wrong drug or dosage.
  3. Surgical Mistakes: Operating on the wrong body part or leaving instruments inside patients.
  4. Negligent Prenatal Care: Resulting in harm to mothers or infants.
    The lack of adequate medical equipment and overburdened healthcare workers often exacerbates these issues.
